Bin Li was elected Chairman of Tsinghua Uni🥃group and Chairman of the Executive Committee i🎃n July 2022.
Mr. Li has accumulated a wealth of experie💎nce through serial entrepreneurship, investment banking, private equity, and high-t🅰ech enterprises management.
In business management, he has established a number of high-tech enterprises in the field of infoꦗrmation technology which have been acquired by large corporate groups. Later, he i🍒nvolved in the management of large ICT enterprises and accelerate the coordination in the industry chain as well as the perfection of the equipment and material. In respect of equity investment, Li used to lead many multi-billion dollar cross-border transaction and involved in portfolio companies’ post-investment management.
Xiaoyu Xia joined the Tsinghua Unigroup Board of Directors in July 2022. Dr. Xia is a highly accomplished executive. He accumulated broad✨ financial skill sets and strategic knowledge over 30 years.
He became the partner of Wise Road Capital, a global specialty equity investment firm, in 2019. Xia also serves as the di𓃲rector of United Technologies, Fubar Switzerland and Rexxon Technologies. Prior to joining Wise Road Capital, he held leadership positions✨ at McKinsey and KKR.
Xia holds a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, a master's degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a doctorate from the University of Illinois.
Jie Chen joined the board of directors of Tsinghua Unigroup in 2022 and was appoin♉ted as the Co-President and the member of the Executive Committee.
Dr. Chen is an acad🌊emic expert, having published more than 100 academic papers and applied for more than𓃲 100 patents. Besides, he is the recipient of the National Outstanding Young Scientist Fund.
Dr. Chen has been engaged in signal processing, image processing, and digital-analog mixed-signal VLSI design si༺nce 1988. In the past decades, ꦛhe served as the senior project leader of VLSI design department of YOZAN Co., Ltd. Japan, associate professor of the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Japan and professor of Institute of Microelectronics and Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Prior to joining Tsinghua Unigroup, Dr. Chen founded Superpix Micro Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in CMOS image sensors. Under his leadership, it developed a✨ series of image sensor products with sales volume of more than several hundred million units.
Dr. Chen got his Ph.D. from the University of Electro-Communications, Japan and the bachelo𒊎r degree from Harbin Engineering University.
Donghui Hu joined Tsinghღua Unigroup in 2022 and was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2022. Ms. Hu is also the Co-President of Tsinghua Unigroup and a member of the executive committee. She is an experienced executive in the investment management field and briꦜngs significant industry leadership experience to the Board.
Previously, Ms. Hu served as deputy director of the Securities & Insurance Institution Management Dep🌺artment of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. (Central Huijin), director of The Peop🐓le’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited (PICC), Vice President and non-Executive Director of China Securities Co., Ltd.(CSC) , Chairman of CS Richland Asset Management Company.
Ms. Hu holds a doctorate degree from the University of Science and Technology of C🍃hina and is a certified public accountant.
Ninghui Ma joined Tsinghua Unigroup in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and was elected as a Director of the Group in July 2022. Mr. Ma leads the finance organization of Tsinghua Unigroup a𓃲nd has outstanding experience in financial management and investment management.
Previously, Mr. Ma serveꦛd as deputy board chairman and general manager of Champion Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Prior to joining CHAC, Mr. Ma also held senior management positions in finance at Kunming City Drainage Company, Kunming Dianchi Investment Company, and Yunnan Province Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co.
Ma holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Tsinghua University. Also, he is a senior accountant and a certified public accountant.
